Presentation Portfolios
Our letter or legal-sized “Folios” make a pleasing and organized presentation of your real estate closing papers, wills/trusts, tax returns, personal injury paperwork or other documents. Choose from two inside standard pockets or with expanded pockets for holding additional papers. Both inside pockets have slits for holding business cards. They are available in a variety of colors and stocks using offset, foil or blind embossing processes for your firm name, logo and address. Letter or legal-sized are available with expanded pockets in shiny white, black linen, white linen or whitestone linen stocks. Letter or legal-sized without expanded pockets are available in black linen, burgundy linen, blue linen, graystone linen or green ribbed finish stocks. With the firm name/ logo and address foiled the minimum quantity is 100 for the stock colors as listed above. Without the firm name/logo and address (blank) there is no minimum quantity. “Folios” can be custom made in other colors and styles printed or foiled upon request.

Presentation Envelopes
These letter or legal-sized expanding “Envelopes” are ideal for presenting large documents, real estate closing papers, wills/trusts, tax returns, personal injury documents or other paperwork to your client. The oversized flap comes with business card slits for mounting your business card on the front, and additionally the flap may be foil stamped with your firm name, logo and address. They are available in black leatherette, navy blue linen, green ribbed finish, burgundy linen, graystone linen, whitestone linen, touche black, with the feel of soft leather and sand, with the feel of suede.

Presentation Covers
These “Covers” are custom made to your specifications and are ideal for binding all documents in a professional manner. They are available in a variety of paper stocks and colors, come letter or legal-sized, can be made to open from the side or top, or scored with a flap to accept prong fasteners. Your firm name and address can be imprinted or foil stamped on each cover which can include a die cut window on the front. A blank matching back sheet is supplied.

Document Wrap Ups
These letter or legal size “Document Wrap Ups” bind a document using a cover, back and acco fastener. The cover can be foiled with firm name/logo and address, and the back has a wrap up pocket that includes business card slits. They are available in 5 colors, blue, black, burgundy, green, and graystone. Both the cover and back are punched and will hide the fasteners.
