These processing folders are pre-printed in letter or legal-size manila. They are designed to save time and make information available at a glance even after the file is closed. The processing folders also serve as an efficient record specifically designed for each of five case specialties. Folders and Forms are packaged 100 per box.

Real Estate Attorney / Title Company:
Provides space on the outside of a file folder for the recording of opening information, work in progress, closing, and post-closing information, etc.

Mortgage Processing:
Provides space on the outside of a file folder for the processing of a mortgage, checklist, applicant information, broker information, and mortgage information.

Probate:
Provides space on the outside of a file folder for the recording of general estate information, pleadings to be filed, asset inventory, etc.

Corporate:
Provides space on the outside a of file folder for the recording of general corporate information, organizational information, preparation, and location of corporate items, etc.

Criminal:
Provides space on the inside of a file folder for the recording of general information, progress of case, pleadings, motions, and case disposition, etc.

Case History Forms:
The same copy on any of our 5 specialized files is available printed on manila sheets for insertion into your client files.

Customized:
You supply the copy and we supply the time saving printed files or forms. Please ask us for details.

 

Attorneys Work Envelopes:Case History

These envelopes are 10 x 13 inches with a 3-inch flap, heavy weight manila color 125lb tag stock. They can be used for hold documents, approximately 60 sheets, for any type of case. They are sold with 1 sheet of 11 x 8 ½ self-stick white label stock. The enclosed label stock is for you to make a template and print it on the label, which will then be pasted on the envelope front, to collect any and all for the data you would like to be easily accessible on the front of the folder.
